Hardware, software, drives, the signed-in user, network adapters and connected devices. You will even find the computer that happens to sit in another office.
Security checks
Antivirus, firewall, BitLocker encryption, Windows updates, administrator accounts and shared folders. You see a problem before it causes damage.

Remote computer management

A colleague calls because something is not working? Open their computer in the console, click Connect, and within seconds you see their screen. You control the mouse and keyboard as if you were sitting right there. No extra software to install, no VPN and no ports to open in the firewall.

  • Screen, mouse and keyboard in real time, also on multiple monitors.
  • Locked computers and administrator prompts – the sign-in screen, UAC prompts and Ctrl+Alt+Del.
  • Files and clipboard – send a file to the computer or download one, copy text in both directions.
  • Restart and reconnect – restart the computer and get reconnected once it is back up.
  • Fast even on a slow line – on the company network computers connect directly, from elsewhere through an encrypted server.
  • From the browser or the app – connect from wherever you can sign in to the console.

The user at the computer gets a notification showing who connected, both when the session starts and when it ends. Every session is recorded in the computer's event log and in the console's audit log, and you or any other administrator of your company can end it at any time.

Security comes first

A tool that can see into every company computer must be well protected itself. That is why we have built Dervion from the start so that even a flaw in one part does not expose anyone else's data.

  • Signing in to the console always requires two-factor authentication.
  • Communication between the computers and the server is encrypted, and each computer proves its identity with its own key stored in the TPM chip.
  • Each company's data is kept separate in the database; other companies cannot see it.
  • The agent on the computer opens no ports and accepts commands from no one but your server.
  • The user at the computer is notified about remote connections, and every session is recorded in the audit log. Screen and control are encrypted end to end between the console and the computer; the server cannot see into the session.
  • Our servers are located in the Czech Republic.
